About Us - Patrice Pash RN, BSN

Patrice is one of the original staff members of NMN Consultants, joining the organization while still working as a registered nurse for Physicians Immediate Care (PIC). During her employment at PIC, she was instrumental in the startup of numerous new and expansion projects within the organization. As assistant director of clinical services, she was responsible for inventory management and supply negotiations for their multi-facility group. In addition, she was instrumental in staff training and development and co-wrote Physicians Immediate Care’s clinical staff training manual.

As a consultant, Patrice has worked with over 100 new centers across the United States. Her clients include physicians, non-physicians, health systems and investor groups of varying sizes. Her practical experience in urgent care leads to first-hand insight on floor planning, maximizing patient flow, capital equipment needs and clinic setup, as well as staffing, training and day-to-day operations. She is a frequent speaker at Urgent Care Association of America (UCAOA) conferences on these topics as well as an author and quoted reference in various medical journals.

A registered nurse, Patrice currently maintains both her RN as well as her NREMT-P. She is an instructor for the American Heart Association in CPR/AED, ACLS, BTLS, as well as an adjunct instructor for the local EMS program. She currently holds certification as an instructor for evidential breath alcohol testing and CPCT for drug screen collections through DATIA. She is also a trainer for OSHA compliance and maintains certification for occupational hearing conservation and management.
