She holds a degree in business management and is responsible for all managed care contracting and provider enrollment functions at Physicians Immediate Care. Kelly has become a nationally recognized expert in urgent care contracting and credentialing, has negotiated contracts in over twenty-two states and speaks at Urgent Care Association of America national conferences
